Step 1 -	SIGN UP
Step 2 -	PAYMENT
	You may either pay online or over the phone with a credit card when you sign up.
Step 3 -	RECEIVE YOUR EVENT NUMBER AND PASSWORD
	The Guest Register will set up your site and contact you within 2 business days with your Event Number and Password. We would be happy to answer any questions to get you started.
Step 4 -	CUSTOMIZE YOUR SITE LOOK
	Use our handy WebBuilder to choose your school colors and upload an image of your school logo/mascot.
Step 5 -	CREATE A CLASS LIST
	Fill in the Class List Spreadsheet and email it to us. We will upload it to your site and you will instantly have a page for each classmate to fill in their bio and upload a photo of their choice.
Step 6 -	UPLOAD PHOTOS FROM PAST OR PRESENT
	Mail us your yearbook. We will scan each classmate graduation photo and upload them for you. You will name each photo and they will appear in the appropriate classmate’s bio. Each classmate can decide whether they would like theirs to display or not.
Step 7 -	POST REUNION DETAILS AND CREATE CUSTOM PAGES
	A page is dedicated to your primary reunion events. Post dates, times, addresses, maps and directions. The custom page feature allows you to include virtually any additional information or entertainment on your site. Create a survey. Post fun facts and photos from your graduation year or previous reunions. Be creative! Update your site as often as you wish!
Step 8 -	POST TICKET SALES, SPONSORSHIPS, DONATION NEEDS
	Classmates can purchase tickets or make donations through our secure credit card server. You, the reunion organizer, can access payment reports on-line anytime of day or night. We send you a check each month (or more often if needed) for the total amount collected.
Step 9 -	GET YOUR CLASSMATES USING THE SITE!
	Email everyone The Guest Register URL with your Class Event Number and Password. Classmates can access the site and create a unique password that allows only them access to their bio page. (They can also indicate whether they want to display their contact info for the rest of the class. This is an important privacy feature unique to The Guest Register.) Classmates can update their bio and photo as often as they want. They can also request an email if they would like to be notified when certain classmates update their bio.
