offer the phone or web option. In addition, we offer a

How is pricing determined for my
event RSVP Service? 
Because each event is unique, we
find that our Special Events clients desire different
services. Some like to offer their guests the ability to
respond online as well as via the phone. Others just
offer the phone or web option. In addition, we offer a
variety of services. Please review our service list and
give us a call to discuss your needs. We will be happy
to provide an estimate.
What if my event occurs annually or
more often? 
We look forward to exceeding
your expectations so that you will return year after
year for all of your Special Event RSVP needs. If your
event occurs more than once a year, we do offer price
discounts.
How do I provide my guest list to
you? 
We provide you with an
Excel spreadsheet for your guest list. Simply fill it in
and we will upload it to your personal event website.
This creates your guest response list as well as all of
your host response reports that are available to you
online 24x7.
How do I instruct my guests to
respond? 
We will provide you with some sample RSVP formats
that you may copy for your invitations.
Is
there a benefit to having my guests respond online and
via the phone? 
Your response rate will increase
if you offer your guests more than one way to respond.
Some people are more comfortable on the computer. Some
are more comfortable on the phone. Surprisingly, we do
not find that age is a significant influencer in this.
People of all ages are using the internet in their daily
routine. Because you post a variety of information on
your website (event details, menus, directions, maps
etc), it will decrease the number of calls that you
receive with questions about the event.
Can I collect payment for my
event? 
Yes, our secure online payment
functionality allows your guests to order and pay for
tickets when they respond online.
What will my event website
contain? 
This is where you can have fun.
Your site can contain the basics:
- Event details
- Maps, directions
- RSVP Functionality Or it can
include as much information as you wish to share (at
no extra charge):
- Menu choices
- Hotels
- Volunteer needs
- Tributes
- Biographies and photos
- Payment functionality
Will you call non-responding guests
if I desire? 
Yes, we specialize in attaining
an accurate count if this is important for your event.
We will contact each non responding guest up to three
times to get their response. We treat all guests with
the professional, friendly courtesy that you would.
Can
TGR do my guest list data entry? 
If you would like us to enter
your guest list into the Excel format for you, just let
us know. The cost for data entry is .25/line item. (Each
invitation that you send will compose a "line item" on
your spreadsheet.
Do
you offer a Bulletin Board so my guests can chat before
the event? 
Our secure bulletin board tool
creates a chat room for all guests. Anyone on your guest
list can access the chat room to let each other know
when they are arriving, where they are staying or
anything else that they would like to discuss. Cost to
add a chat room is just $25.
What other types of events does TGR
service? 
We specialize in Special Events,
Weddings, Class reunions and Family Reunions. One
feature that our customers value is the ability to
collect payment for events that require it. Events like
reunions can be time consuming and challenging to
coordinate. Our secure credit card payment service and
unique bio page for each class/family member, makes us a
prime reunion and meeting destination.
