What is the cost for the Nation’s Premier Class Reunion Planning tool? Less than
you might think.
Once you register your class, all classmates can access the site at anytime,
free of charge. No need for each classmate to pay a fee to participate. You,
the administrator, immediately have complete access to the comprehensive Class
Reunion Planning tool.
Cost of your site is $469 — regardless of class size,
a one-time charge. A year of hosting is included in this price. In addition to
the first year you may keep the site up as long as you wish. Simply sign up for
the number of months/years that you would like. Be sure to review our
suggestions below on how classmates can sponsor months and otherwise help
defray this cost.
Add a secure bulletin board chat room to your site for $25.
Keep your classmates in
contact before and after the reunion!

How Many Reunion Committees Distribute the Charges
Year of a Reunion
-
Most reunions see attendance of 33% to 50% of their graduating class.
You can count on a number of these people bringing a spouse or significant
other. In adding a few dollars per reunion ticket, you can more than recover
the cost of your class reunion website and hosting.
-
Offer sponsorship opportunities on your site and classmates can sponsor hosting
months.
Between Reunions
-
Often classes have a small pot of money left over from the reunion. Using this
to set-up your site, gives a big jump on the next reunion.
-
Classmates are often willing to sponsor months or set-up charges. They can be
given credit on the site for their contribution.
Remember, since you can actually collect payment on the site, you can
recover any investment much more quickly.
