Terms of Service

The Guest Register offers invitations, personal guest links, RSVPs and planning tools. You can design and set up an event for free; paid tools unlock when you buy a package for that event.

Each event is a one-time payment, with no subscription. Prices include any applicable sales tax or VAT, calculated for your country at checkout. The price depends on the package and guest count you choose. Upgrading later costs only the difference. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Because you can design, preview and explore all features for free before purchasing, digital access is delivered immediately upon payment. We offer a 24-hour goodwill refund window from the moment of purchase, provided invitations have not yet been sent. Once invitations are sent or 24 hours have passed, purchases are non-refundable, unless the service has failed to work as described. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights lapse accordingly.

• Only add guests you have a reason to contact, and keep their information accurate.
• You are responsible for the text, photos and links you publish.
• Keep your sign-in details private.

Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, harassment, or anything that infringes others' rights. We may suspend events that break these rules.

We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Your event stays available while your account is active.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the event concerned.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
